Ashley Hutchinson Tluczek, LCSW
My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and authentic with a primary focus on establishing a safe, nurturing relational space that’s key to growth, healing, reconnecting, and adjusting to life changes.
My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and blends ecotherapy and ecopsychology principles with psychodynamic, narrative, and solution-focused therapy modalities tailored to your needs and goals. Providing therapy outdoors via Walk-and-Talk Therapy and other forms of Nature Therapy (also known as ecotherapy) is one of my specialties.
My path to becoming a therapist was significantly informed by the growth, compassion, safety, and inner discovery I found in ongoing relationship with my own therapist. I also gratefully cherish a deeply therapeutic, reciprocal relationship with Mother Earth. Integrating both toward reciprocal human-nature healing is my deepest calling.
Who we are and how we see the world is greatly informed by our life experiences. My background includes helping individuals with a complex trauma history, including domestic violence, addiction, substance abuse, and adverse childhood experiences.
